The son of a pastor and evangelist in Moldova, Victor sensed the call of God on his life as a young man.  He and Emelia met as teenagers in their church and corresponded by letter as Victor studied for the ministry.  They have lived in Moldova their whole lives and have three married adult children and three grandchildren. 

The country of Moldova is plagued with economic and spiritual hopelessness and dispair.  In the impoverished villages especially, people are searching for reasons to live.  Victor + Emilia seek to bring hope through Christ in the Nisporeni Region of Moldova.

Actively involved in planting new churches, Victor + Emelia work to support local pastors and workers.  Additionally, Victor is the Pastor of Bethany Church and leads camps and evangelistic meetings.  Emelia is a gifted vocalist and often uses her gifts in worship and evangelistic meetings.
